Tadashi dress, size 0/2
This black long sleeve vintage dress is by Tadashi.
It has shoulder pads, a crossover bodice, and a 10 1/2" deep V neckline.
The top sides have elongated iridescent and black beads in a rectangular shape 3 1/2" wide by 1 3/4" high.
Above the beads is 3" of vertical ruching which continues below the beadwork.
The waist has a 2 3/8" wide beaded accent and the beadwork extends on each side 3 1/2" inward on the back.
The back has a 21 1/4" long zipper with a top eyehook closure.
The dress has a fabric matching lining.
The front skirt panels overlap at an angle.
It also has small shoulder pads.
The front center open slit kickpleat lining is 9 1/2" shorter than the back center.
The slip is 1 1/2" shorter than the dress in the back.
The tag says size 4, but it fits more like a 0/2.
It's from a former actress who wore it to an awards show in Hollywood, the Tony Awards show in New York, and to a movie premiere in Europe.
She said she always got lots of compliments when she wore it.
She hasn't worn it in years, and now wears a size 10.
She bought it from a stylist who had marked the label with her inventory code.
