This multi-tone dark gray skirt is a Valentino Miss V and was made in Italy.
There's no fabric tag, but it feels like a nice soft wool.
It has 2 side seam slit pockets, slight gathering under the 1 1/8" wide waistband, and a back 9" long kickpleat with 2 dark gray buttons which unbutton.
There's a back 6 1/4" long zipper and a 1 button waistband closure.
It has a nice dark gray lining.
The skirt is a darker gray than it appears in the 2 larger pictures.
